Our retreats are typically three weeks for American women, though it depends on your treatment plan. And yes — plenty of our guests work remotely while they're here. There's room in the days for appointments, rest, and real life. We sometimes offer shorter stays for women who can access medication sooner. We'll map it all out on your call.

You'll stay in a beautiful shared apartment with a few other women here for the same reason. No fixed itinerary — just space to rest, explore, work if you need to, and enjoy where you are. Think of it less like a medical trip and more like the version of this you didn't know you were allowed to want.

Your cost comes in three parts:

• Treatment — paid directly to the clinic, at their rates (about $3,200–$3,600 per cycle)

• Medication — a separate expense, averaging around $1,400

• Your AZA retreat — starting at $2,500 per week

All in, most women spend nearly half of what a single cycle costs in the U.S. The savings are even greater for those doing 2 cycles. We'll walk you through the full picture on your call — no surprises.

Very likely, yes. Both are common among women who freeze their eggs, and neither one rules you out on its own. Your clinic makes the final call after reviewing your labs - exactly the kind of thing we'll help you sort out early.

A few baseline tests — bloodwork and an ultrasound — so your clinic can plan your treatment. We help you get everything done locally before you travel, so you arrive ready. It's one of the first things we'll walk through on your call.

Your eggs are frozen and stored safely at your clinic in Spain — internationally recognized, held to rigorous EU standards.

Many women return to Spain for IVF, but the option to ship them to a U.S. clinic for IVF is always there. Most women don't know exactly what their future holds when they freeze — and that's completely okay.

Where Spain has limits is a few future IVF choices: Spanish law doesn't allow choosing your baby's sex, and if you ever need donor sperm, it must be anonymous — you can't select the donor. Many other countries have the same rules.

If those choices matter to you, that's when shipping your eggs home to a U.S. clinic makes sense.

The one thing shipping home can't solve is surrogacy — Spanish law prohibits it, and eggs frozen there can't be sent elsewhere for that purpose. So if you think surrogacy may be part of your plan, Spain isn't your best path.
